      Pros

      The hiring process was fairly quick, it took about two weeks to get started from the time I filled the application out online. I was happy to be receiving a check. The paid training wasn't a huge amount, but it put a dent in some bills.

      Cons

      I wasn't there long enough to develop any cons. Another opportunity that wasn't commision based opened up and I took that opportunity.

      Pros

      shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

      Cons

      you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
