My manager was cool Unlimited overtime

Cons

Upper management does not know what they're doing. No incentives You're going to be pushed to hit around 15 metrics. Company process and tools are unstable and old.

Pros

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
