      Few pros, although benefits are ok.

      Cons

      New sales reps now on base salary, while existing reps are not. This company does not do things fairly, and goes over and beyond to defend stupid ideas. Sales managers are lazy and ineffective leaders. Get ready for micro managing and totally wasteful conference calls.

      Pros

      shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

      Cons

      you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
