Pros

The only pro is that it's a permanent work from home position and that they're not currently requiring at home employees to be vaccinated.

Cons

-The pay does not reflect the level of work expectations. -PTO is a joke. Rarely are you given the opportunity to request multiple days at a time for vacation. They prefer you to take one day at a time. -You won't know if you're working install or Provisioning until after you've completed training. -There's a strong possibility that you will be working both PS and UA indefinitely. -Job growth is unclear. No one has a clear answer on how to get promoted. -Turnover rate is ridiculous

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. You’ve mentioned several things that are not in alignment with who we strive to be as an employer. We want to ensure every employee has the resources and tools they need to help accomplish their goals and encourage you to partner with your manager to confirm development priorities, goals, and the creation of an Individual Development Plan (IDP). If you’d like to provide us with additional information, please reach out to @glassdoorfeedback@adt.com. Thank you again for your feedback and for all that you do as a Technician/Scheduler at ADT.

Pros

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
