      PTO, benefits, overtime, resourceful information given for majority of issues. Saving lives

      Cons

      2 write ups & if you do not reach the productivity and stats and ur done.. makes you feel like you’re just a number in a way. Other than that it’s not bad

      Pros

      shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

      Cons

      you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
