Pros

The people who work there are lovely but that's about it.

Cons

The pay isn't enough to survive on. Luckily i get some help from Universal Credit because I don't even get paid the living wage. There are massive staff shortages which makes it quite miserable for people who do work there due to all of the angry customers who are annoyed as we keep cancelling their appointments due to lack of engineers I was also lied to and told if I went onto nights I would get paid more. This is completely incorrect you will receive the same minimum wage whether working at 3am or 3 pm definitely not worth the health risks

Pros

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
