      Pros

      The sales and leads managers worked as a team and they care about their teams. My colleagues tried to help all the time. Meet some great people there. Unfortunately not all of them.

      Cons

      The new Senior manager as soon as he arrived destroyed everything: the team, the confidence, the atmosphere. A disaster. Always changing the targets for bonuses, was almost impossible to get if you don´t have a huge knowledge of every system. Really stressful job.

      Pros

      shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

      Cons

      you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
