Pros

Flexibility and lack of micromanagement. Did earn a good living

Cons

Horrible treatment by upper management. Changed our commission plan every year. Very unresponsive when needing help. Horrible customer service. You are basically on your own. They do not care about anything but what you sell. They say they believe in ethics but that is a straight lie. They treat their customers horribly. This is a horrible company. They are just trying to survive until someone is dumb enough to buy them.

Pros

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
