      Decent pay, friendly co workers, 401k and health insurance, PTO, discounts on home security, no cold calling

      Cons

      Stressful, it feels like every week they take something away/make it more challenging to hit numbers and make money, can become monotonous and draining

      shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

      Cons

      you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
