Inconsistant Management Team - Production Operator ADTRAN Employee Review

Management and HR are inconsistant with the company policy. The policy is what ever they want it to be at any given time and with any given employee. The maufacturing management team will not stand up for you,or at least not some. Management both manufacturing and HR are not very professional, but yet they tell you that you need to be. Management talks bad about other comnpanies and they have not worked anywhere but ADTRAN, so how do they know. Not professional in my opinion. Some managers hide information from the employees because they do nopt want the employees to use the program.
