Worst Executive Management - Manager ADTRAN Employee Review

ADTRAN used to be a wonderful place to work and was a shining star in the Huntsville Research Park area. Unfortunately, poor leadership led to an ill advised “merger” with ADVA from Germany. This was no merger but a complete sellout by the CEO and ADVA quickly took over. No viable long term strategy. Laid off seasoned employees. Frankly, they may not survive. Founders of ADTRAN would be disgusted by these turn of events.
