      Flexibility with scheduling. A shift: Sun-Wed B: shift: Wed-Sat. Laid back but safe environment. Host monthly birthday parties, hand out gift cards for tenures.

      Cons

      The favoritism: if you are not a favorite of the manager but highly qualified for a posted position. You will not get the job, probably not even an interview. The morale was at an all time high my first year but now it has made a turn for the worse.

      Pros

      Great schedule, direct supervisors are generally helpful and amiable. Coworkers support one-another.

      Cons

      Upper management is vindictive. HR is on a power trip and self-glorifying. Discipline is erratic and doesn't follow incremental process. Generally toxic. At least 30% of the pee-ons are looking for alternative employment.
