Can work overtime if you desire to. Weekly pay very easy to get hired, no drug test A full week of pay vacation

Cons

Can not miss days of work. If you miss days at work they will hold that against you until the next year when the points come off. This will stop your growth in the company completely. They will not look your way for any promotions. It is who you know not what you know with this company. Get in and make friends with the upper management if your goal is to move up.

Pros

Great schedule, direct supervisors are generally helpful and amiable. Coworkers support one-another.

Cons

Upper management is vindictive. HR is on a power trip and self-glorifying. Discipline is erratic and doesn't follow incremental process. Generally toxic. At least 30% of the pee-ons are looking for alternative employment.
