Pros

Great Schedule 3-4 days a week in freezer. Incentive pay for selectors. Capped at 5.10$ but cap usually comes off in the summer. Lots of opportunities for overtime (if they allow it at the time). Great job to work at and go to school with.

Cons

Freezer is hard! You gotta get used to it. No real money to be made if you can’t hit max incentive. Co-Workers can be difficult but overall they’re alright.

Pros

Great schedule, direct supervisors are generally helpful and amiable. Coworkers support one-another.

Cons

Upper management is vindictive. HR is on a power trip and self-glorifying. Discipline is erratic and doesn't follow incremental process. Generally toxic. At least 30% of the pee-ons are looking for alternative employment.
