Pros

It's very fulfilling work and the people supported are amazing!

Cons

Out of touch administrators, overworking staff due to staffing shortages, no performance based raises, administration makes decisions based on what's easy for them rather than what is best for people supported and staff, offering huge sign on bonuses for administrative position but continue to underpay DSPs
