Pros

- I guess if you are going to be a remote worker, this company could be a good place to work for. - Get to leave at 5pm on the dot because they don't want to pay the overtime

Cons

- Office politics - Strong favoritism played by executives: if you are favorited by a certain executive you can do anything worng - Don't want to invest on their employees - Hire you as a contractor for a full-time position with a low pay, so the company can avoid paying tax for new hires

- During my time here, we worked with a solid team for our AVLE projects department. The Product Managers, Project Managers, and Team leads served the development teams well in guiding collaborative efforts to getting work done. - A great place for newer talent to gain experience, learn, and grow. - Compensation ranges offered are decent

Cons

- Trying to get ownership to directly listen to team management leadership to circumvent risk and make overall company improvements is like pulling teeth. - Your 401k benefits don't kick in until after 1 year of working.
