Pros

Depending on the project indicates how much time and effort you'll put into the work that's provided to you most of the time the deadlines are short but will quality work The client, which is usually the government, is able to allow you more time in order to do a quality job. The company allows you the flexibility to work from home in most projects and we'll provide you with the best technology that they can have according to what the project needs their compensation is fair for the type of work has been done and most the leadership is fair and honest.

Cons

The paytime off policy is a bit old and outdated where you have to wait a full year before you have to use any of your vacation time and the retirement package is non existent where there is no 41K so you gotta hope that you're existing composition is enough to wear you can save for yourself so while the salary is high it is lowered by the expectation that you are saving for your retirement yourself

Pros

- During my time here, we worked with a solid team for our AVLE projects department. The Product Managers, Project Managers, and Team leads served the development teams well in guiding collaborative efforts to getting work done. - A great place for newer talent to gain experience, learn, and grow. - Compensation ranges offered are decent

Cons

- Trying to get ownership to directly listen to team management leadership to circumvent risk and make overall company improvements is like pulling teeth. - Your 401k benefits don't kick in until after 1 year of working.
