Ownership, leadership and culture are amazing! The owners of this company really care about their employees; they treat them like family. You could ask any present AE employee, and they would tell the same thing.
The culture at AE is one where everyone is willing to help each other. I had a death in the family during my tenure and had to be out of office for several weeks. During that time frame, my teammates supported me, as did ownership. In fact, they went out of their ways to check on me periodically and make sure I knew that I could take as much time as I needed.
Another facet of AE's culture that I appreciated is that everyone works very hard. It's a small organization, so everyone needs to deliver for the organization to be successful. That said, AE definitely rewards employees effort. They routinely have company events like baseball games, cook outs, happy hours, holiday parties, etc. Some these events are even welcome to your family.
