AE Business Solutions used to be a great place to work. The office atmosphere was fun, collaborative, and energetic. Clients were well cared for, and the team accomplished some incredible things.

Unfortunately, everything changed when leadership changed. The work environment has shifted from supportive and engaging to one defined by micromanagement and instability. Leadership has largely abandoned supporting Account Executives, creating an atmosphere of anxiety and uncertainty. If you’re not part of a small, select group, you may find yourself constantly on edge, as terminations have occurred with little business justification. The culture that once made this company great has eroded, making it a challenging place to work.
