There are occasionally some interesting projects that crop up. Plenty of social activities. Also the people are great. Share save scheme available.
Cons
Difficult to progress due to lack of opportunity and tough market conditions. It’s difficult to picture a positive future there. Pay is below average and there are no bonuses or profit sharing. Only below-inflation pay increases which admittedly is standard.
