      Working on multidisciplinary large projects. AECOM covers almost all disciplines needed to complete a project, from simple residential to complex transit projects.

      Cons

      Non-flexible working hours, thus tough to manage with personal life. Occasional unrealistic deadlines for delivering projects, that lead to overtime.
