AECOM listens to it's employees and use's our feedback to positively impact our workforce. AECOM is the world's largest engineering company and Fortune 100's most admired companies.
Cons
With 85,000 employees it is difficult to know who does what and who to go to at times. It's harder to gain recognition when there are so many talented people in the business. There have been many mergers and takeovers in the past few years which leaves people feeling uncertain about their future with the company.
