Pros
Good projects. Teams can be good at the small (local) level. Pay is decent.
Cons
Management doesn't care about the employees. Nearly all of the workforce doesn't like open office, yet it was pushed on everyone to "encourage collaboration" when really it just means they can cram 20 people in a space that should have been dedicated to 6 people. Benefits (health insurance, 401k, etc.) are worse than at other consulting firms.
