Pros
Cushy enough job, not much pressure put on to meet deadlines etc. Option to buy extra holidays
Cons
Working with some very difficult people (eg someone with OCD reviewing reports). Feel like a small cog in a big machine. A lot of staff turnover in recent times, with a lot of staff from my office on secondment/based in other offices for a period of time. Didn't receive own PPE for inspections and had to use a common supply and wash after use, although not all people would wash PPE after use. All in all not what I expected from a respected name like AECOM
