Pros
Great tools, lots of opportunities for self-motivated individuals, flexible work schedule. Great database of training materials on a variety of subject matters to provide learning opportunities if you are motivated enough to find those resources.
Cons
Too much bureaucracy, little interaction or feedback from managers other than negative. Very little opportunity to make an impact. Too many layers of management most who are out of touch with their staff.
