Pros
beats burger king. but in reality there are some very good people that you can't help but believe in when you work with them
Cons
right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. the divide between internal business lines creates information and work flow bottle necks. the central IT department seems clueless at best given the mix of tech in the former opco's. And lastly the ethics guidelines are a wash job of the highest order.
