Pros
Reasonable work life balance, some degree of flexibility in start/end time. Diverse range of project types and size. Industry leading personnel.
Cons
- Matrix structure makes advancement within the company very difficult: too many hurdles to get over to gain authority to do small tasks. - Not enough trust put in employees that they are capable of doing the job - general trend appears to be not to promote from within. - very risk adverse.
