Pros
Great local co-workers, decent pay and pet insurance. That's about all.
Cons
Boring projects. No interest from corporate to keep employees, there is so much turnover. Therefore, no growth paths. The benefits are awful. Too much corporate restructuring. None of the divisions work in unison.
