the unethical behavior displayed by Darwin and Perth management has tarnished my view on the company as a whole. Employee and management relationships should be one of mutual respect and support. Instead, Darwin management appears to use bullying, harassment and verbal abuse to intimidate and belittle their employees. This is a culture that is deeply ingrained within the organisation. Although "AECOM promotes an environment free from discrimination and harassment", my personal experience and the experience of other employees has proven otherwise. AECOM is incapable of protecting its employees, accepting responsibility for its actions and instilling positive change. In addition, work life balance is promoted however rarely put into action. Overtime and travel without pay is inevitable.
