      Pros

      There does not seem to be an up side to AECOM on any level.

      Cons

      Extremely high turn over of staff even for the middle east region, incompetent management, highly aggressive employee contract conditions, no business ethics at all, petty office politics is rife, very poor senior management and low moral of staff so not able to retain good quality staff for any length of time. Possibly the worst career move I ever made working for AECOM.
