Pros

- Good work-life balance, not much overtime, 9am-6pm most of the time - Most people were pleasant and friendly - Genuine desire to do the best by their clients - Flexible with time and holiday entitlements - Interesting range of projects - Good CBD location

Cons

- Poorly managed with contradictory incentive system producing silly timesheet practices - Deficient project management and costing of tenders, making write-downs more likely - Little if any desire to help employees with professional development - in fact, they get in the way of it. - They shed employees very quickly when things get a bit tough (despite all spouting guff about people being their most important asset), so no job security at all. - Sydney-based management look after each other at the expense of good business practise - Terrible at tapping the expertise in the wider company (outside your own office). Both seeking and getting information and, God-forbid, actually getting them to work on and book time to a project - all too hard, apparently!
