Pros
Not many; health care plan choices. If you know someone at the top, then good for you. That will help.
Cons
Senior management is focused on how they individually can benefit from the company rather than developing a cohesive strategic plan and then executing it over the long term. Instead, senior management focuses on short term activities. Line and support staff are pitted against one another. Regions are pitted against one another. One office will hire staff for a new project even when staff in another office with the needed skill sets is laid off thanks to a project ending. Employees are encouraged to find someone to blame instead of building a culture of responsibility. The first mole to stick its head out of the hole gets wacked. This creates a highly unethical and amoral work environment. It's a shame, because there are individually very talented people who work there. Unfortunately they aren't in decision-making positions that could make a difference.
