Flexible, good work life balance. Support for professional growth. Good london office location. Started as a graduate was very supportive of route to chartership
Cons
Pay rise was not great. Path for promotions are not great. Its a very top heavy organisation. There isnt much room to gain experience or move around to different disciplines.
