      Few good projects derived from Legacy companies like Scott Wilson, DGP. Stability in difficult market. Values Clients

      Cons

      Huge Politics internally to keep 'pet' people as frontrunner. Low increments. Managed by Accountants not Engineers. Even PM course is more related to accountancy. Treat Staff like milking cow. No efforts to develop social fabric within company

      Pros

      Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

      Cons

      Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
