Pros

Nice scenic view from building Coffee, tea and newspapers provided Change rooms Lots of clients Comfy chairs Some people are nice

Cons

Uncaring company Engineers forced to work as accountants Endless backstabbing Unfair promotion of people who take credit for work of others Failure to deal with issues Total lack of empathy Thinks work-life balance means you work all your life including weekends No recognition for hard work or years of service Constant change in everything from logos and templates to project management system All that matters is billable hours Calling people on their personal mobile phone when they are home sick or on leave and expecting them to do some work Unfriendly, competitive, threatening environment where you constantly have to be on guard against the next attack

Pros

Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

Cons

Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
