Pros
I recently joined AECOM and the people have impressed me the most. I sense strong morale and lots of people willing to take initiative - to develop their careers and to support our clients. The number of programs and systems in place to support success is impressive.
Cons
None so far beyond some of what you would expect working for such a large business, but at the end of the day you have top remind yourself you knew that would be part of working at AECOM and we are a business, and business decisions need to be made that will help us to continue to grow and operate successfully.
