Business Outlook
Pros
-Work with some of the best in the business -generally flexible, hybrid work and management is very understanding -hitting your annual billable hours target early enables you to take time off as much as you want, as long as it's reasonable.
Cons
-pay could be a bit better -hiring is difficult and the lack of this makes keeping up with projects more difficult -health insurance is sub par, very high deductible -Flexible time off policy sounds great but you don't accrue anything so if you retire or switch jobs, you don't get a PTO buyout.
