Pros
Opportunity for promotion was high in my case. Pay was negotiable, they will match competitors or increase your salary to keep you. Coworkers were fun and workspace was really cool. Great benefits on rental cars.
Cons
Can lack excitement, projects aren't always that interesting. Very corporatey-vibe, there's a process and form for just about everything (necessary I suppose, but a little annoying). Upper management changes a lot, I guess they have a lot of freedom to implement new ideas so a lot of the time those ideas don't work out and senior leadership get's fired or leaves.
