Pros
Not many unless you are upper management.
Cons
Constant nickel and dimeing to reduce employee cost. Last year I received a small raise but then lost two vacation days and changes to my stock benefits that will cost me 10x more than my raise. This was blamed on rising cost but at the same time the CEO received a $10 million bonus.
