Pros
I will say that I think a big part of the reason I like my job a lot is because my boss is so great. He's very flexible, understanding, and supportive. I don't have many day-to-day complaints. But please note that I'm a small fish in a huge pond and if there are problems higher up I don't really see them or care about them honestly.
Cons
Typical 'big company' issues, like lack of standards (just because it would be so hard to enforce standards among so many people), annoying corporate training videos, no bonuses. But that's just what you sign up for when you work for a larger company.
