very people focused. If you find yourself in a good team, chances are there is very low staff turnover. I had the opportunity to transfer to offices in Australia, Europe and Scandinavia
Cons
Lumbering bureaucratic administrative processes to satisfy US Defence client requirements can slow the flow of many projects. Though a good PM will take this in their stride. PMs are more highly valued over technical staff. This is a con only if you prefer technical side!
