Business Outlook
Pros
This company has pretty good benefits, deep resources, tremendous worldwide reach and breadth of talent. It also, at least in South Florida, seems to have stabilized the absorption of URS relatively well. Project management processes are on the right track to being normalized across the firm.
Cons
It is actually too big and the IT system integration is very disruptive and disorganized. There still seems to be some siloing of staff in various areas and the perception that project staff are subject to bait and switch still seems to be there with some clients.
