Corporate only cares about money. There is absolutely no regard for patient care - it's all about selling. They turned a medical practice that provides excellent vision through contacts and glasses into a retail store with sales goals, that only cares about KPIs (retail sales tracking). No work-life balance. PMs are expected to be available 24/7, regardless of office hours, vacations, or sick days. The WORST optical lab (First Look) - takes 4-6 weeks on simple jobs, breaks/loses frames, and never takes responsibility for missteps. No support from district/regional manager. I expressed concerns frequently, and each time, they were shut down completely with a repeat of "just wait a little while longer! help is coming!" Spoiler alert: help didn't come until AFTER I put in my 2-weeks' notice.
