Pros
Depending on the location you work at, the commission can be pretty good. The people you'll work with are mostly pretty great. This job itself was a nice thing to fall back on when I needed it and could be if I need it again. That said, there weren't a ton of pros.
Cons
This is the most woefully mis-managed company I have ever worked for. The practice I worked at had no lights in the lobby for months during the winter so people thought we were closed. The amount of effort it took to get up-to-date equipment, computers, working internet, etc. was absolutely obscene. The upper management underpays their employees and does not put much thought into individual practice needs but then drops by every now and then with some cookies and expects the employees to then produce high sales. I was asked multiple times to perform certain duties in unethical ways that put me in a very difficult position. There are not enough words to express the disdain I have for the upper management, as great as the on-the-ground teams are. I would steer clear of this company unless I had no other options.
