Pros

up until 2012, this company was terrific to work for.

Cons

It slowly started its downhill climb when Private Ownership sold out to a Private Equity Firm and its President and CEO was demoted and eventually left the company. New President at that time was a Ego-Maniac and solely out for himself, got his golden parachute and left the company as soon as the company was sold to Watts. When Watts bought the company in 2016, the company really went downhill. New President is totally clueless. Many great managers, directors and vice presdients left the company or were laid off. Now, there is maybe 20% of the Office Operation still left with the company since 2012. Definitely NOT the company you want to work for. (Beware of the HR Director - She is a back stabber)

Pros

co workers are nice (not senior/higher managment)

Cons

extremely crooked, poorly ran company. i was hired as a forklift mechanic, the company disregarded how i needed to be in the union in order to work on the machines i was hired to work on. they had no plan. they proceeded to use me like a pawn to try and kick back against the union because two of the higher ups, mark and lewis, do not like the union. for the few weeks i was hired, i received no hands on training on how they wanted me to work on said machines. i was cleaning toilets and taking out garbage instead whilst in my union probation period. one day, while on my union probation period, while being OSHA compliant, the one day they have me work on these machines, i am called into the office and fired. no write ups, no paper trail, only a verbal warning. i was being OSHA compliant as they had me work on these machines without any hands on training. the good people i met there, who genuinely want the company to succeed, are overshadowed by people who got their degrees from cereal boxes. when i was terminated, they agreed with me that this termination was not fair, but the HR rep said ‘well the termination has already been put through so there is nothing else i can do’.
