The work environment isn't fair, theres favoritism because supervisors and managers are long time friends outside of work. Some employees and supervisors are related. There are inconsistent rules from authority. Forced overtime. No room for growth/learning. Employee's are not trained enough and properly. Its a dark, dirty, gloomy type of environment that can bring you down, and the customer service that's provided is rude and unsympathetic. The benefits are awful, you'll find yourself paying out of pocket a lot.
