Good employees but no direction - Anonymous employee AFA Protective Systems Employee Review

This company wants growth but not willing to make the changes to achieve that. There are other successful branches of AFA but this isn't one of them. (read the annual report on their site). No onboarding, No training on tools they have to gather needed information. No support and it is not because they don't want to it leans more to they don't know how to support.
