      Pros

      Everyone that works here makes you feel welcomed. I was afraid to move into an office environment, but the entire staff from day 1 has made it a smooth transition and it's been an amazing experience working for AFA. Even the owners are engaged with their employees, which I have very seldom seen.

      Cons

      The environment might not be for everyone, but if you come in with an open mind and a positive attitude it truly is a great place to work.
