I have been working for AFA for 15 years, and I can honestly say it is by far the most professional and employee friendly company I have worked for in this industry. Even during the turbulent times of Covid-19, corporate always looked out for their workers by doing everything they can to avoid layoffs, salary cuts, and medical coverage cost increases. They are industry leaders and always make sure techs are supplied with the necessary education to keep them current certification. My supervisors are approachable, accommodating, and provide a general feeling of being part of a larger team. I am very satisfied with my employment at AFA and any competent worker would too.
