AGC is a very challenging company due to the pace and ingenuity of the team, which is awesome. If you apply yourself and work hard each day, you’ll go somewhere. I interned at the firm my junior summer of college and immediately knew this was the place for me. Fast forward nearly two years, and I certainly believe AGC has better positioned me for success than any other firm. It’s also given me the for upward career development within the firm. AGC and the management team recognize diligent, hard-working individuals and reward them accordingly. Nearly one year into my tenure and I have received handsome bonuses as well as a timely promotion within the team.
